The kitchen phone number at Crown Hill group home will remain the same.

LONG RANGE PLAN

The process for developing a long range plan is concluded and implementation is under way.

Supported through an anonymous and very generous donation, John Reid of Reid & Associates Consulting began work in May 2003 to develop a long range plan and process. Assessing UFGH and consulting with as many members, family, friends & staff as possible, Mr. Reid presented this plan to the Board of Directors last December.

Products of this plan also include a new Mission Statement, as well as a Value Statement and Goals & Objective Statements.

Throughout this seven month process Mr. Reid spent a significant amount of time working with our organization and the experience was appreciated by all.
